How do I buy wholesale carbon credits?

Eric K asked: Where can I purchase Carbon Credits in bulk (at wholesale prices). Is there an online marketplace where these trade that someone can point me to?
So, if carbon credits are of questionable value, what is the best way to offset the impact of thousands of PCs and Cell phones?
